Chef Terry and Reneé own and operate Chez Renee. Chef Terry is trained in several cuisines including French, German/Bavarian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Oriental and Italian as well as being an accomplished pastry chef. He has been working at his chosen profession for 25 years. Chef Terry and Reneé opened Chez Reneé takeout in 1998. We take great pride in buying the same quality ingredients as five-star restaurants and grow our own herbs to insure freshness and availability. Our dishes are prepared fresh daily in our licensed commercial kitchen and reflect a commitment to originality, freshness and the celebration of taste. The key words at Chez Reneé are fresh, homemade and good.

Every dish prepared at Chez Reneé has a French flair due to the use of family recipes and due to the fact that Chef Terry makes a sauce right from heaven. A good sauce is what makes French cuisine so well known and so sought after worldwide. French cuisine is far more than a collection of recipes. It is a philosophy, an aesthetic, an attitude towards life. French food is an introduction to the idea that cooking is an art form and eating is an ennobling experience that compliments it. Chef Terry never uses artificial flavorings, instant ingredients, preservatives or MSG. Seafood, meat and vegetables are always poached, sautéd, roasted, braised or grilled but never fried.
